Of necessity this meant one could not take in all that was available. Now
however, you can read all the excellent presentations offered. As the many
presentations are posted, their titles will become hyperlinks to the actual
documents. When the authors supply email, biographical information and
pictures, there will be a page for them where you can communicate to them
